Network Monitoring and Maintenance Plan:*

 
bulletSetup, maintain and monitor your corporate Firewall.
bulletMaintain Anti-Virus updates and operation on network servers.
bulletConfigure, monitor and adjust Anti-Spam software. Requires MS Exchange Server.
bulletMaintain and confirm network file Backups.
bulletReview and maintain your Windows NT, 2000 or 2003 Domain.
     
 

Desktop Maintenance Plan:

 
bulletMaintain, on a Monthly basis, that:
bulletAnti-Virus program definitions files are up to date.
bulletAnti-Virus program is actively scanning proper folders/drives.
bulletAll Microsoft Updates are updated and installed.
bulletEliminate SypWare / Pop-Up ads.
bulletDefrag hard drives.
bulletClean Disk, ensure disks are not running out of space.
bulletRe-install Operating System in event of drive failure or system corruption.**
     

*   Requires a network that has been properly set up with a VPN capable Firewall, Anti-Virus software, backup system, etc.  Exchange 2000 or 2003 email server required for Anti-Spam.

**  On the need for system re-install, customer will need to have valid software license for any software re-installed.  Time required to re-install any software beyond Operating System not included.
